Q. What are the Delivery times for my order with Hotel Stuff?
A. A general guideline for delivery is 2-3 weeks from receipt of order.
Q. Can I buy just one item of furniture from Hotel Stuff?
A. Yes you can, we supply to all Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and Coffee shops etc. Delivery times may be extended and you will still be liable for the full delivery charge applicable to your area, but we are happy to send out single items.
Q. What happens if my furniture is damaged when I receive it?
A. It's rare, but sometimes our contract wooden furniture can receive some damage in transit to you. Tell the driver immediately if you notice any damage or report the damage to Hotel Stuff Head Office within 24 hours of delivery and we will happily send replacement items to you.
Q. How will my goods be despatched?
A. Depending on what has been ordered, your contract furniture will arrive in one of three ways: either via our own vans, via a palletline delivery company or via a courier service.
Q. What happens if I order online and want to return the goods?
A. Products must be returned to one our outlets in its original wrapping and packaging. The carriage cost to return the item(s) is at your expense.
Q. How do I care for my wooden furniture?
A. All Hotel Stuff wooden furniture products are made from sustainable wood. They are solid wood NOT veneer. As wood is a natural product it will have some individual grains and markings.
Wood will also expand and contract depend on the humidity and this may mean that sometimes the bolts and screws need tightening to hold the product firm - this is especially necessary in the first few weeks. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
To keep your wooden furniture beautiful, you will simply need to wipe with warm soapy water and polish with a wood polish such as Pledge.
DO NOT use Sanitiser on your tables. The only product we recommend is our own Cleaner and Sanitiser.
Please note: DO NOT place hot items directly on to Hotel Stuff tables. If it is too hot to hold, it is too hot for the table.
If you need to move your tables DO NOT DRAG THEM ACROSS THE FLOOR. Dragging will break your tables and will not be liable for damage caused in this way. All tables must be lifted evenly. Poseur tables should be lifted by the pedestal NOT the table top.
Q. Are the prices on the Hotel Stuff website excluding VAT?
A. Yes, as we are suppliers to the trade, all prices on the Hotel Stuff website are excluding VAT and delivery charge.
Q. Why does my invoice say Pub Stuff Limited when I purchased my furniture from Hotel Stuff?
A. Hotel Stuff is a trading name of Pub Stuff Limited.
